Packages

Package A:

• Comprehensive explanation of the school psychologist report 
• Attendance to up to 2 IEP case conference for the school year (after 2 case conferences, the hourly rate will take into effect)
• 2 meetings during the school year (excluding the IEP case conferences) to review growth data and/or prep for IEP case conferences
• Contact throughout the school year - send questions via email about your child’s education as they arise throughout the school year 

Package B:

• Comprehensive explanation of the school psychologist report
• Attendance to all IEP case conferences for the school year
• Up to 4 meetings during the school year (excluding the IEP case conferences) to review growth data and/or prep for IEP case conferences (after 4 meetings if further meetings are desired, then the hourly rate will take into effect) 
• Contact throughout the school year - send questions via email about your child’s education as they arise throughout the school year 
• Assistance with school resource teachers with any behavior/medical plans as needed 
• Contact school for any necessary paperwork 

Package C:

*recommended for children  under 6 or going through the evaluation process for the first time 

• Comprehensive explanation of the school psychologist report
• Attendance to all IEP case conferences for the school year
• Up to 6 meetings during the school year (excluding the IEP case conferences) to review growth data and/or prep for IEP case conferences, or any other necessary concerns to discuss (after 6 meetings if further meetings are desired, then the hourly rate will take into effect)
• Contact throughout the school year - send questions via email about your child’s education as they arise throughout the school year
• Navigation  throughout the evaluation process 
• Contact school for any necessary paperwork
• Assistance in getting your child into any necessary/recommended therapy outside of the school system
